Located in the heart of BSD City, ICE has been hosting both national and international scaled events. It covers a total land area of 220,000 sqm and is designed to be the most spacious exhibition and convention centre in Indonesia. ICE offers 10 exhibition halls with a total area of 50,000 sqm, with additional 50,000 sqm area for outdoor exhibitions, 4,000 sqm convention hall which can be divided into 4 halls, 33 meeting rooms and 12,000 sqm pre-function lobby.

How to Get There

You can reach ICE BSD city by various mode of transportation:

1. TRAIN
   If you travel by train/ Commuter Line use or go to Tanah Abang Line (green line) and simply drop off at this 3 station; Rawa Buntu, Serpong or Cisauk station.
   • From Rawa Buntu Station or Serpong Station, take taxi or any online transportation to
     ICE
   • From Cisauk station, you can head over to Intermoda station and board at BSD Link
     Shuttle to ICE (free of charge, check schedule on http://ice-indonesia.com/venue- information/shuttle/)
     
2. TRANS BSD SHUTTLE BUS
   • This free shuttle directly go to ICE. This shuttle bus have 3 route ; BSD- Mangga Dua, BSD- Pasar Baru and BSD – Ratu Plaza. You can check check schedule on http://ice- indonesia.com/venue-information/shuttle/. Or Scan QR code below for more information on BSD Link schedule.
3. TRANS JAKARTA BUSWAY
   • If you travel by Trans Jakarta Busway, you can use Grogol-Slipi to BSD city and drop off at Giant Supermarket.
   • From Giant Supermarket, you can board to BSD Link Shuttle to ICE (free of charge, check schedule on http://ice-indonesia.com/venue-information/shuttle/)
4. CAR or TAXI
   The most convenient way to get to ICE from the airport is by car or by taxi.
   Private airport transfer can be booked via email to mice-jakarta@haryonotours.com 3 days in advanced at the following charge:
   • One way airport transfer (from Soekarno Hatta airport to hotel around ICE or vice
     versa) with standard coachstarts from IDR 450,000 per car (inclusive of toll fare, maximum capacity is 4 persons with luggage)
   • Payment:
     Advanced payment by credit card Visa/ Master (link will be sent by email)
     Alternatively, taxi service is available at the airport. Both standard taxi and premium black taxi are available near the exit with automated queue number dispenser machines. Please take a queue number, present it to the assistant and wait for your turn. Standard taxi is normally around IDR 170,000-IDR 250,000 without the toll fare. Please note that aside from the meter fare, you may need to pay surcharge and toll fare to the driver.
